It has the flower etching exactly as the one in your picture which is a Fostoria ectched crystal cake plate. Mine has the same flowers only it has 2 wedding bells in the center of the plate inside the flowers. It is inlaid with 22 k gold and has 2 22k gold rings around the outside of the plate.
